Israeli soldiers from Israel Defense Forces fighter jets destroyed during a period of 20 minutes this Friday more than 1,000 rockets of the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollahprepared to attack homes, schools and hospitals in northern Israel. In total, some 100 rocket launchers and other military infrastructure have been attacked, including the 1,000 rockets that were ready for immediate launch, as previously indicated. This move comes after Israel denoted thousands of ‘you seek’ (pagersin English) last Tuesday, that terrorists use to communicatein a two day operation in which at least 30 Hezbollah terrorists have been killed and thousands of members of the group have been injured.
This operation is Israel’s biggest against Hezbollah after the massacre of the Hamas terrorist group in Israel on October 7. It has occurred after the Israeli Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, has announced that Israeli soldiers have begun to withdraw from the south of the Gaza Strip to move to northern Israel, where it borders southern Lebanon, where the Shiite terrorist group Hezbollah, armed by Iran and considered the most armed terrorist group in the world.
After the attacks, the Israeli soldiers have issued a list of guidelines for civilians in several communities and cities in northern Israel, instructing them to stay close to bomb shelters (Merom HaGalil Regional Council, Upper Galilee Regional Council, Mevo’ot HaHermon Regional Council, Yesud HaMa’ala, Hatzor, Rosh Pina, Safed, Metula and the cities of the Golan Heights from Katzrin northwards).
The leader of the terrorist group Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallahhas responded with a speech in which he has threatened Israel and challenged it to attack: «We are waiting for you to enter Lebanese territory. “We are waiting for your tanks and we will see it as a historic opportunity.”
Hassan Nasrallah’s speech ha state loaded with symbolism against Israelwith references to verse 39 of the Quran (Surah Al-Hajj), which calls Muslims to wars and the red background symbolizing revenge. These attacks, added to the explosions, are just the latest series of defeats that raise serious questions about the terrorist organization, I consider the strongest terrorist group in the world.

Who is Ibrahim Aqil?
During the 1980s, Aqil was a leading member of the Islamic Jihad terrorist group, the Hezbollah terrorist cell, which then claimed responsibility for the attacks on the United States embassy in Beirut in April 1983. In this attack, 63 people were murdered.
The United States Department of State included Ibrahim Aqil is a list of global terrorists in 2019 as a result of his involvement in multiple terrorist plots, including the kidnapping of officials in the 1980s.
