Lando Norris continues to stalk Max Verstappen in the World Cup classification Formula 1. The British driver achieved victory in the Singapore GP ahead of the championship leader and reduced him by eight points in the overall standings to just 52 points with six races remaining. Finally, he couldn’t achieve the fastest lap because Ricciardo took it from him on the last lap.

McLaren consolidates its position at the head of the Constructors’ World Championship classification after finishing first and third respectively. Norris had an impeccable race, giving Verstappen no option from the start. Lando still hasn’t said the last word about him and promises to fight until the end. The orange car is very strong and today it is the fastest car on the grid.

Max saved the furniture in the race after the weekend didn’t start very well. But in qualifying, the Dutchman took a step forward and managed to start from second place. The Red Bull driver is not going to make it easy for his rivals. Norris is putting up a fight, but Verstappen is not failing either and has lost only seven points in a weekend that was not very good for him.

For its part, Fernando Alonso, manages to leave Singapore with a magnificent eighth place after a Friday in which the worst was feared. The Aston Martin is one of the worst cars on the grid, but Magic once again worked magic to score four points that taste like glory after how the Grand Prix had started.
